Our Team

Carden Angus Beef

 

Our Cattle are collected from Carden by a licensed livestock trucking company and brought home to Port Perry where pens with bedding, hay and water await them.

You have the preference of having the carcass hang from 14 to 21 days.  The beef will be cut per your instructions by a team of professional butchers.  Your quarters or sides will be frozen, packed and boxed and you will be contacted when ready for pick up.
